Pa.’s Consolidated Laws Go Online Today
From an AP story in today’s Philadelphia Inquirer: “Pennsylvania’s consolidated laws will be posted on a publicly available Web site beginning today, making it the last state to do so.”
Electronic Data Discovery Curriculum Coming to NJ Law Schools
According to the edd blog line, “With electronic data discovery rapidly taking the place of document production, New Jersey’s law schools are offering courses to immerse soon-to-be litigators in the new practice.Courses will begin at Seton Hall University School of Law and Rutgers Law School-Newark this fall and at Rutgers-Camden next year” (more).

Motion in limine (Latin: “at the threshold“) is a motion, made before the start of a trial requesting that the judge rule that certain evidence may, or may not, be introduced to the jury in a trial. This is done in judge’s chambers, out of hearing of the jury. If a question is to be decided in limine, it will be for the judge to decide.
