The Citizen Media Law Project has created a Legal Threats Database in order to “create an accurate and complete collection of legal threats directed at online speech.” The Citizen Media Law Project is jointly affiliated with The Berkman Center for Internet & Society at Harvard Law School and The Center for Citizen Media.
