Did you notice 2 brand new New Jersey Practice volumes 49 and 50?
Titled New Jersey Business Law Deskbook 2007, $188, they are 2 softcover volumes that appear to be annuals. I do not recall a predecessor to this- they were a surprise to me.
The authors are Olson, Pappa and Goodman. The deskbook includes “guidance on virtually every aspect of business law.”
